Our Mission.
Elote's mission is to consistently provide every guest with authentic southern Mexican cuisine in a fun and spirited atmosphere.
Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Southern Oaxaca, we carry forward more than recipes - we carry forward a way of honoring food. For us, that means staying true to our core values: sourcing the finest ingredients from sustainable, regenerative and organic farms. Every Elote menu item is crafted by hand - made fresh daily. We partner directly with farms like Spence Farm, Oxbow Cattle Company, and Oatman Farms, using 400-year-old heirloom wheat, ensuring nothing is ever sprayed with glyphosate, pesticides, herbicides, or filled with artificial additives or sugars.
Just honest, nourishing food and drinks made with ingredients that are truly good for you - because that's what you deserve.
