What is Elote anyways?

Elote is a new and unique modern Mexican restaurant and bar developed by the Missoula owned Pangea Restaurant Group! With seating for over 200 hungry customers, Elote will have the largest tequila based bar in Missoula featuring fresh made margaritas, and will feature an entirely hand-made authentic Oaxacan menu including mesquite smoked grilled meats and fajitas and fresh made-to-order tortillas!

New brands being developed include Elote, Aglio Trattoria, Landmark Bistro, and Landmark Library, all coming in 2024 and 2025!

When is Elote opening?

There are about a million details that go into starting a restaurant from building permits to menu creation to hiring - most of this is within our control, but often permitting and licensing hold up the show beyond our control. Currently we're on track to start interviews in late February and March, training will start in March, with a expected opening approx April!
Do you provide insurance?

It is absolutely our company goal to offer full health benefits for our team members. While we have tried previously with no avail, we unfortunately are not yet able to provide a company sponsored health plan, although we do currently provide Supplemental Accident, Eye, and Dental Insurance.

What will Elote hours be?

Elote will be open daily for lunch and dinner, approx 1030am to 11pm.
